Hamilton Park is nothing short of a treasure in this state, and we planned months in advance to visit on the 20th Anniversary of September 11th to have a somber reflection on a day still heavy in our minds and hearts. Though our plan was to wait until the Tribute in Light installation was illuminated for our photo, we were graced with the most soothing pastel sunset casting across Manhattan, and were just taken aback by the beauty of it all (night photo is shared below).

While we enjoy a quieter pace to our home, we would be lying to say we weren't quite jealous by the homes opposite the park— calmer atmosphere due to the narrow street and cliffside, and a view like none other.
